Adam Turinas

healthlaunchpad CEO and Founder

Adam is a healthtech entrepreneur who has bootstrapped, grown and then sold a highly-rated clinical communications solution. He specializes in sales and marketing, having delivered over $100 million in product and service sales. Prior to founding his healthcare startup, Adam spent 20+ in digital and brand marketing, leading the development of programs for Fortune 500 companies.


In March 2020, Adam founded Healthlaunchpad, a new firm that helps technology and services companies navigate the complexities of the healthcare industry. Healthlaunchpad provides customer insights, develops market entry and marketing optimization strategies. In addition, Healthlaunchpad executes demand-generation, brand-building and ABM programs.


In 2013, Adam founded Practice Unite, (later Uniphy Health), taking this business from an idea on scrap of paper to a profitable, multi-million-dollar SaaS business that provides applications to leading healthcare organizations. Uniphy helped change the way healthcare professionals communicate with each other, resulting in better-coordinated care and healthier patients. In April 2019, Uniphy Health was sold to Harris Healthcare, a division of Constellation Software.


 

Before founding Uniphy Health, Adam ran the New York office of Organic, a leading digital agency, where he lead a 200+ multidisciplinary team in delivering award-winning digital marketing programs to Bank of America, and other corporations in retail, entertainment and travel. Prior to Organic, Adam was an executive at Viant, a publicly traded digital consulting firm, where he worked with Diageo, Universal Music, American Express, Liberty of London, helping to shape their digital strategy and execute innovative digital marketing and UX projects.
